We are of the opinion that a rental apartment must also be affordable. In order not to strain the budget of students and interns too much, we offer inexpensive small apartments with 507 € per month. The rental price includes the use of high-speed internet access and all basic equipment, electricity and operating costs. In addition to a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave, you will find a complete set of kitchen utensils in every STUWO apartment. From cutlery to a cheese grater to a whisk: all the equipment is at your disposal during your stay in the city of Villach. The operating costs such as electricity and water are already included in the rent, which is why you can let off steam in the kitchen as you wish.

Anyone who is out and about by bike in the city has an ideal and environmentally friendly way of getting around Villach at their fingertips. The bike paths in Villach are particularly well developed and offer idyllic routes on your way to University Villach and back again. The river Drau cycle path R1 is almost on your doorstep. Here you cycle relaxed along the river Drau and enjoy the picturesque landscape. Then you can park your bikes comfortably and safely in the lockable cellar. If you are traveling by car, drive past the city center and then turn into St. Magdalener Street, which leads directly to the University Villach campus.

The central location of your apartments in Villach enables you to easily reach the bus lines and the train station. The city's west train station is 200 m away. From here there are various bus routes that regularly go to Infineon and the University Villach. The main train station in Villach is 950 m away from your rental apartment. The city center is only 300 m away from your small apartment, so you can quickly reach all shops, bars on foot.
